Job descruption:
- Checking the correctness, quality and timeliness of the construction work carried out
- Contact with the project office and representatives of contractors
- Organising coordination meetings and keeping meeting notes
- Analysis and organization of design documentation and technical specifications of building materials
- Creation and updating of material and financial schedules for the execution of works and ongoing control of the progress of the investment
- Participation in the organisation and supervision of the work of contractors
- Monitoring of compliance with OSH and FIRE REGULATIONS on the site of the investment
- Supervision of subcontractors and material suppliers
- Control of orders and their ongoing settlement
Expectations:
- Technical, engineering education
- Communicative skills and ability to work in a group
- Practical knowledge of MS Office
- Conscientiousness, responsibility, timeliness
- Organizational skills
- Basic English skills
- Knowledge of AutoCad
- Driver’s license cat. B

Job description:
- Comprehensive project management in the field of interior adaptation and reconstruction of office objects, restaurants, hotels, warehouses throughout Poland
- Coordination and supervision of the entire investment process at each stage
- Create and control investment schedules and budgets,
- Organisation of coordination meetings with participants in the investment process
- Supervision of the timeliness and quality of construction work.
- Analysis and support in solving current problems related to the implementation of the project (technological, qualitative, design)
- Current control and reporting of deadlines, costs and progress of works to the investor
- Preparation of acceptance procedures and participation of final receptions
- Coordination of work related to the removal of defects found during reception
- Representing the company in relations with the Investor, offices, institutions
Expectations:
- Higher engineering education or during study
- Postgraduate studies in project management or knowledge of project management methodologies will be an additional advantage
- Professional experience in a similar position welcome
- High interpersonal and organisational capacity
- Interest in the construction industry
- Practical knowledge of construction law and administrative procedures
- Knowledge of MS Office (MS Project welcome)
- Driver’s license cat B
- Availability
