ASSESSMENT OF THE CURRENT STATE OF REAL ESTATE
The purpose of this assessment is to ensure the effective management of the property investment, and to enable decision-making pertaining to necessary upgrades in order to ensure maintenance of the property when being adapted to current legislation.
WARRANTY MAINTENANCE OF OBJECTS
The purpose of warranty maintenance is to identify any defects requiring repairs within the warranty period, which allows for the enforcement of the obligations of the general contractor in relation to the investor, and thus generates savings and ensures the appropriate technical standards of the property.
ANALYSIS OF THE CONDITION OF THE PROPERTY BEFORE THE TRANSACTION PURCHASE / SALES
Technical Audit of the property before purchase / sale facilitates the assessment of the actual state of the property, so that the investor obtains information about modernization work needed and repairs to be made in order to ensure the required level of quality and safety, costs and the time scale in which changes are possible; or necessary to be introduced.
Our goal is to provide technical support and professional advice to customers, as well as providing the tools needed to make good and safe investment decisions. Following Technical Due Diligence analysis, a technical report is produced with a description of the real estate’s status and the guidelines pertaining to necessary repairs, or the renovation or modernization work needed to bring the object in line with legislation.
Depending on the customer’s expectations, the report may only be illustrative, or take into account the detailed cost estimate and schedule, showing the individual steps of the investment in both the short and long term.
